As a Liquidity Provider (LP) on Platypus, you earn appealing returns with little to no effort.

vePTP is the same concept. Except it’s on steroids.

It is a yield booster to increase your Annual Percentage Yield (APY) from single-digit to two (and sometimes even 3!)

Click on the Stake button and input the amount of your PTP to stake and click “Stake”.

Once completed, your staked PTP will start to generate vePTP.

As your platypus generates vePTP,
you can acquire a Platypus Hero
to help get work done even faster.

In Platopia, your Hero is an NFT.

A non-fungible token (NFT), in this sense,
is an in-game asset that’s yours to keep forever
(unless you choose to sell!)

You can easily mint your Hero
to equip you with a helping hand.
We’ll get to the exact steps at the end of this.

All Platypus Heroes minted are a combination of randomly generated attributes.

Each attribute falls under either A, B, C, or D category in the grading system, A grade gives 4 scores while D grade gives 1 score. The higher the score, the more effective the skills.

Pudgy:

Diligent:

Hibernate:

Retains a portion of vePTP upon unstaking (subject to cap)

In this example, your NFT’s skill is Speedo

The final calculation is 17.
Speedo’s skill is: Speeds up vePTP generation by x%
This means that your vePTP generation will be speeded up by 17%.

You can possess more than 1 NFT, but your address can only be equipped with 1 for the purpose of yield boosting.

vePTP holders who are holding certain amount of vePTP, are entitled to have the whitelist spot for NFT minting. Each address can only mint up to a maximum of 10 NFTs.

Each address can only mint up to a maximum of 5 NFTs.

Pre-sale Duration

Spots are guaranteed only for 24 hours. If vePTP holders and whitelisted individuals fail to mint during Priority Sale, the spot will be lost, and the NFT will go into public sale the next day.
